Zachary Daniels are currently supporting a very exciting sports retailer in launching a BRAND NEW STORE in the heart of LONDON!

We are recruiting a highly skilled and motivated individual for the position of Store Manager. As the Store Manager, you supporting in setting up the new store and building a new team. You will play a pivotal role in creating an extraordinary shopping experience for customers, while also motivating and empowering our team to provide exceptional customer service.

As the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our store.
Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of dedicated individuals to achieve outstanding performance and exceed retail sales targets.
Your primary focus will be on creating an exceptional environment that not only delights our customers but also fosters a strong sense of community within the local area.
Collaborating closely with your team, you will actively contribute to the growth of the store by implementing effective sales strategies and consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
Managing sales and finance, including P&L reporting
Working with the Assistant Manager to Recruit and onboard a strong new team for the store.Experience and background:

Minimum of 3 years retail experience in either store management or senior management
Working within a fashion or sports environment, and have a passion for outdoor sports
Currently managing KPIs and budgets to improve their current store performance
Has a track record of driving sales and performance
Competent working with Microsoft Office
