We have an exciting opportunity to join our RF Seekers Department within the Requirements and Architecture group. This team is responsible for defining the seeker system design and its subsystems. You will collaborate with our customers and suppliers to develop and integrate the next generation of RF missile seekers. To succeed in this role, you must work across various seeker disciplines, synthesise the needs of all stakeholders, and ensure the true system requirements are fulfilled.

What we need from you:

Proficiency with requirements management toolsets (e.g., DOORS)
Ability to define and conduct systems studies to inform requirements
Expertise in data analysis and technical report writing
Knowledge of MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering), software, or firmware
Experience with RF systems and digital signal processing
For Security Clearance reasons to work this role you must have British citizenship or be a dual national with British citizenship
