Mechanical Project Manager / Contracts Manager required

True are working alongside a well-established Contractor based in the West Midlands, a business who’ve thrived in delivering high quality M&E fit-outs across various commercial & residential sites up and down the country.

This role presents the opportunity to work on large-scale M&E projects, valued up to £10M. Client facing you will attend meetings with main contractors such as Galliford Try, Willmott Dixon, and Kier. Each project will require you to oversee a Site Manager and a team of labour. This role within a smaller contractor offers the potential for the individual to advance to an Operations Manager or Lead position through continuous hard work, driving business growth, and building new client relationships.

Keen to speak with Project Managers who have a background managing M&E sites with values ranging up £3+m. We’re ideally looking for PM’s with a Mechanically focused background.
