We are looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor to become a key member of a dynamic construction team. This will give you the opportunity to work on historic construction projects within the Oxfordshire region.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for construction projects.

* Analyze and negotiate subcontractor bids and contracts.

* Monitor project costs and budgets to ensure profitability.

* Collaborate with project managers to optimize cost efficiency.

* Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and identify potential cost variations.

* Provide timely reports on cost forecasts and financial performance.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

* Minimum of 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.

* Strong analytical and numerical skills.

* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

* Proficiency in construction cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam).
