Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and advisory services
Review and finalize complex tax returns and work papers
Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations
Supervise and mentor tax associates and senior associates
Participate in business development activities to expand our client base
Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations
Requirements
CPA certification and a minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting
Strong knowledge of tax accounting, compliance, and regulations
Experience with tax software and MS Office
Excellent leadership and management skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Willingness to travel occasionally as required
