The Role:

Exciting new career opportunity for a Parts Advisor!

Our client is seeking a Parts Advisor to join their team based at their Portsmouth location and play a crucial role in their dynamic operation. In this role, you will handle over-the-counter customer parts sales both in-person and over the phone, manage orders, support their busy workshop and enhance parts sales and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Advisor:

Manage sourcing, control, and procurement of parts and consumables.

Handle stock controls, stock taking, and record and allocate received parts.

PPE Management

Resolve invoice queries, manage returns, and chase credits.

Control warranty parts retention and processes.

Oversee waste disposal processes.

Purchase tools, equipment, and consumables for the workshop.

Conduct daily and weekly maintenance of the parts department and storage areas.

Full training will be given on systems and processes.

Package:

Basic salary: £33,000 - £36,000 [depending on experience & skillset]

Hours: Monday – Friday [8:00am – 6:00pm] with a 30-minute lunch break.

Flexibility within the role is essential to meet the needs of the business!

(1-in-3) Saturdays [8:00am – 12:00pm].
