The Role:
Join our client in Poole as a Senior Parts Advisor!
We're seeking a proactive, energetic individual with excellent communication skills and a dynamic personality. In this key role, you'll manage customer parts sales both in person and over the phone, providing top-notch service and support.
Proven experience in a senior parts role with a dealership is preferred, but an established Parts Advisor wanting a step up would be considered.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Senior Parts Advisor:
Source, control, and procure parts efficiently.
Participate in stock control and regular stock taking.
Issue PPE equipment to staff as required.
Resolve invoice queries, manage returns to suppliers, and chase credits.
Control warranty parts retention and processes.
Receive, record, and allocate parts and consumables from suppliers.
Manage waste disposal and procure tools, equipment, and consumables for the workshop.
Maintain daily and weekly upkeep of the parts department and storage areas.
Full training will be given on systems and processes.
Package:
Basic salary: £32,000 - £38,000 [depending on experience]
20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays [holiday increasing with time served] + Nest pension scheme.
Hours: Monday – Friday [8:00am – 6:00pm] or [7:00am – 5:00pm].
Flexibility within the role is essential to meet the needs of the business!
(1-in-3) Saturdays [8:00am – 12:00pm].
