Our client is looking for a Senior UKG HR Admin Functional consultant.

Start ASAP
Work allocation: part time
Work hours: 50 hours in total
Work location: Remote with potential travels to US only for attending meetings.
Time zone to cover: North America (EST)

Description:

Design
UKG processes explanation - how data is processed in UKG when a data is sent from EC
Provide an understanding of UKG data model
Support with entity and field mapping
Support with alignment between payroll and integration dependencies

Build
Support with implementation of required configuration
Verifying unit test results in UKG

UAT
During UAT testing ensure it is aligned with payroll requirements
Verify UAT test results and provide feedback
Work with business and clarify UAT results
Help with verifying defect fixes during UAT

Data Migration
Help with harmonization of the data during data migration

Cutover
Help with cut-over tasks preparation and flag dependencies

Go-Live
Support with Go-Live activities and during hyper care period.
Provide knowledge transfer to our client's HR IT team.

Requirement:
Good experience with US Payroll processes and prior experience with SuccessFactor Employee Central to UKG Integrations
