Senior Design Manager - Life Sciences
This leading Tier 1 main contractor has an immediate requirement for a Senior Design Manager to join the business and work specifically on life sciences and laboratory projects.
Dues to having a thriving division working in the life sciences and laboratory sector they require Design Managers and Senior Design Managers with a mix of tendering, preconstruction and live project experience.
Being a tier 1 construction company, they work on projects in the sector from £30m to over £100m in value so are looking for applicants with specific experience of technically demanding science led projects of similar values for another leading contractor.
You will as Senior Design Manager work out of their London City office on preconstruction duties and have important input on a current laboratory project of £70m in value.
A UK construction qualification and at least 10yrs post graduate experience. You will have a stable employment record and will have been the Senior Design Manager on at least one life sciences sector project and be capable of bring key skills and knowledge.
