Position: Permanent – Full Time
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading independent estate agency as an Office Administrator providing full office support to the sales & lettings team: based in the Petts Wood area.
As the Office Administrator it is essential that you work well under pressure and thrive in a busy environment.
A 'can do' attitude will be required as well as the ability to work in a team environment and a proven track record to build and maintain excellent relationships.
Previous and recent experience within the property industry is preferred, however; those with a administrative background may be considered if they can demonstrate significant transferable skills including the use of software.
Skills: The skills required for this Branch Administrator role will include:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Excellent written and spoken English
Presentable and articulate communicator
Highly organised, efficient and excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under own initiative
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Knowledge of property industry desirable
