We are pleased to be working with our well-established Financial Planning Services Client to seek a Client Relationship Manager. The successful candidate will be working in a supportive environment where professional friendships thrive, and team members feel valued. You will be supporting the Financial Planner and ensuring a smooth delivery of excellent client service and client communication, as per business processes. Ensuring a positive and exceptional client experience for all their valued clients.

The Basics
* Client Relationship Manager Salary from £27k
* Mon – Fri – 9am – 5pm – (10am – 4pm are core working hours, 35hr week with 1 hour lunch break
* Flexi-time available
The Responsibilities: Client Servicing & Administration
* Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for clients and enquiries (by phone, email and in person)
* Prepare client documentation in advance of and following client meetings (as per business processes)
* Manage client service needs and client expectations to ensure client satisfaction
* Liaise with other team members on work progress per client account and keep clients in formed (as per business process)
* Assist in client meetings when required
* Check accuracy and completeness of new business documentation
* Ensure that all business applications are processed accurately and efficiently, in a compliant manner to the firm’s standards
* Liaise with product providers to ensure timely and accurate responses to clients (progress chasing)
* Send Letters of Authority and gather accurate information as per business process
* Produce portfolio valuations
* Organise client review meetings as per Annual Review Process
* Ensure back-office systems are kept up to date
* Comply with relevant compliance, T&C, data protection & financial crime procedures/requirements
The Skills & Requirements:
* Seeking a career in financial advice/wealth management
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Compassionate, empathetic and able to build relationships
* Highly organised and disciplined
* A positive attitude and willingness to help others
* Show initiative and take personal responsibility for completing tasks
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
* Strong Attention to detail
* Comfortable conversing naturally and positively with clients to understand their motivations
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to inspire confidence with our clients
