We are excited to announce an opportunity for a SEND Teaching Assistant at an OFSTED rated GOOD school in Northfield. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs, ensuring they have a positive and inclusive learning experience. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for helping children succeed in a Primary School setting.

Job Role:

Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEND.
Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
Collaborate with teachers to adapt and deliver the National Curriculum.
Support students in Key Stage 1 (KS1), Key Stage 2 (KS2), and EYFS.
Manage and support children with Autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviour.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Required Skills and Experience:

Previous UK school experience is essential.
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Teaching Assistance or equivalent.
Knowledge of SEND, Autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviour.
Familiarity with the National Curriculum.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage and support children in a Primary School setting.
