We're seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our fantastic client, you will be providing a safe, nurturing environment for children and young people.
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
As Deputy Manager, you'll support the Registered Manager in running the home, ensuring high-quality care for all residents. You'll lead and support the staff team, oversee care plans, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People.
- Experience in a supervisory role in a children's residential setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Commitment to child welfare.
