Facilities Manager - Facilities Management, Maintenance, Building Services - Paris, France.
Facilities Manager required by my client a leading organisation within the facilities management industry on a large commercial site in Paris, France. This is a permanent position.
As a Facilities Manager you will have responsibility for service quality, maintenance and operations, contract services, safe working practices, equipment & supplies and site budgets.
As a Facilities Manager your daily duties will include:
Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site client's expectations are met
On-site key point of contact for Facilities in the client's premises
Ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget
Ensure contracts are continually assessed to deliver best value to the client
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards
Implement building procedures and performance measures and ensure they are maintained at all times
Review existing operations regularly to reduce costs and improve operational standards
Ensure a property risk management program including audits is implemented and maintained
Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement
Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands
Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services
Knowledge of critical facilities and an understanding of basic technical aspects of hard services delivery
Budget management and financial analysis skills
