We are looking for someone who is the key contact for sales affiliates/distributors/Management Centers on one side and for the central hubs/3rd party suppliers on the other side.
Ensure a smooth, timely and accurate order processing in SAP by monitoring iDocs and by maintaining correct system transactions related to order management processes among group companies and 3rd party customers and suppliers, incl. goods receipt and goods issue
Prepare and ensure availability of all relevant documents to customers and logistics providers needed to guarantee a timely shipment
Manage possible issues by initiating necessary steps and corrective actions
Issue credit notes in a timely manner taking into consideration month-end and year-end financial timelines
Maintain working instructions and keep them accurate
Communicate daily via email and telephone with all involved stakeholders
Support system enhancements by executing test cases
Work collaboratively as a part of a dynamic team to continuously learn, improve and grow, offering help to others in the team
Work alternately on holidays and longer hours at month's end
Good knowledge of SAP (SD/MM modules) and good command of MS Office software application
Strong orientation towards actions, solutions and results with a can do attitude
Well-structured and process-oriented thinking
Great communication skills in English (Verbal & Written), with German and French being a strong asset
Great teammate (to join an awesome team in an international environment)
