Senior/Lead Desktop Support Engineer, 2nd & 3rd Line, Escalation, Windows 10, O365, AD, Exchange, ServiceNow, ITIL, Surrey/M25 Border - Interview slots available 18th & 19th September.
A Global company are seeking to recruit a Senior/Lead Desktop Support Analyst to work in a busy environment supporting 1500 local users across multiple sites with a total of 15,000 users globally.
As the Lead Desk Side Support Analyst will be the escalation point for the team and attending to higher technical issues, assist the VIP's and mentor junior staff members, as well as actively respond to 2nd Line incident and service requests that have been escalated from the Service Desk.
Essential skills to include:
- 5-10+ years' experience of end user IT Support/Desktop Support in large corporate environments
- Previously supported environments of 3000+ users
- Held a lead/Senior role within Desktop environment
- Technology skills to include: Windows 10 experience, Office 365, Active Directory,
- ITIL knowledge and experience, ideally certified
- Excellent customer service skills
