The Role:
We are looking for an experience Site Manager to work with a privately owned Property Services company. You will be working on Notting Hill Genesis contractor overseeing the Kitchen and Bathrooms based in West London.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage kitchen and bathroom renovation projects from start to finish.
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and tradespeople on site.
* Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.
* Maintain health and safety compliance on all sites.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing kitchen and bathroom projects.
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* CSCS card and SMSTS certification preferred.
* Has a driving licenses and own car
