An excellent opportunity for an experienced HSE Senior Advisor / Lead HSE Advisor has arisen onsite with one of our clients, a world leader within many key industries. This role is placed within Nuclear, Oil & Gas or other heavily regulated industry or Construction industry experience.

What will you do in this position?

The focus of this role is to lead the onsite HSE team, ensuring safety, compliance and continuous improvement for all activities.
In this position you will be responsible for Providing Leadership, coaching and strategic guidance to the HSE team.
Provide support and guidance to project managers on all matters relating to HSE.
Ensure all work activities are carried out in a compliance with company and site safety procedures, maintaining the highest standards of health & safety at all times.
Maintaining and promoting a Safety First culture, delivering TBT's and safety related training as required.
Tracking and reporting of HSE in line with regional requirements
Highlight concerns and areas for improvement, developing initiatives to drive continuous improvement on the project.
Planning & conducting HSE Audits, ensuring timely closeout of any actions.
Promoting safe card submission within the team, monitoring all cards submitted and following up actions with the relevant managers.
Ensure excellent communication with project management, client wider region and client HSE representatives.

Experience & Qualifications

NEBOSH & IOSH Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in a Senior HSE role
Construction industry experience
Experience in Nuclear, Oil & Gas or other heavily regulated industry
Must be able to obtain Security Clearance
