Personnel Selection is assisting with the recruitment of a permanent Warehouse Team Leader for a prestigious medical company based in Basingstoke.
As Warehouse Team Leader you will be the responsible for the day-to-day site operations including warehousing, facilities, and Health & Safety, ensuring that business and customers needs are continuously met in a timely and efficient manner. You working with the Operations team and supporting the Warehouse and Health and Safety Manager.
Your role will covering but ot limited to:
Staff Supervision.
Continuous improvement implementation.
Inventory Control.
Receiving and Dispatch.
Warehouse Layout.
Order Fulfilment.
Regulatory & Compliance.
Facilities Management including safety and preventative maintenance.
Incident Reporting.
Risk Assessments.
To be considered for the role you will need to meet the following criteria:
A good level of experience in a similar warehouse and facilities environment.
Excellent all round people skills.
Good communicative skills.
Team player, with the ability to plan, organize and execute daily Inbound volumes.
Time Management Skills.
Flexibility within the role and with company requirements.
Strong administrative skills incorporating planning and organizational skills.
Previous people management experience desirable.
Ability to work unsupervised & meet KPIs, whilst delivering a high-quality service.
A team player with a positive attitude.
