Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
Prepare and present regular project reports, updates, and documentation.
Foster a collaborative and productive working environment, mentoring junior staff and promoting professional growth.
Qualifications and Experience
Chartered status (MRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Significant experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably within a consultancy setting.
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and technology.

Competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000, dependent on experience.
25 days annual leave plus bank/public holidays and the ability to buy/sell
