Job Title: Curriculum Manager – Hair, Beauty, Travel, and Hospitality
Location: Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth
Hours: Full Time – 37 hpw
Contract: Permanent

At East Coast College, our Service Industries team sits within state-of-the-art facilities across two campuses, and is made up of lecturers, assessors, technicians, and work placement administrators, who are all committed to the innovative, and quality driven curriculum and training the Hair, Beauty, Travel, and Hospitality sectors need.
Leading a committed and highly experienced team who are currently developing the skills and knowledge of around 400 students through 16 qualifications, you will be a driving force in their achievement.
From Introduction courses, Taster events, Level 1, 2, & 3 vocational qualifications, L4 Management courses, and Apprenticeships, the Service Industries curriculum area offers a diverse, adaptable, and excellence driven provision to 16-18 and Adult cohorts in and around the local area, and is looking for someone to help continue and drive forward team, student, and college success.
What we need from you and the role;
* Develop robust curriculum, and quality improvement plans
* Mentor and develop staff
* Enhance an already collaborative and aspirational culture
* Commitment to student achievement and aspirations
