We have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Service Manager to join our service in Llanelli Carmarthenshire. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a management position!
As a role model for the service and our Facilitators, you will be encouraging the team to be involved in the lives and creating opportunities for those that we support. The role is all about being passionate about what we can do to change a mundane day into an exceptional day - both for the team and the people we support.
You will be supporting the Area Operational Manager in the continued smooth operation of these services by undertaking agreed management tasks. In addition, you will be required to work at the placements of the service. Furthermore, you will need to act as a role model, representing the service positively and demonstrating good practice to other members of the team.
To be considered for this role, experience as a Support Worker or Facilitator is preferable, as it is important to have an understanding of how a service is run. Competency in using IT skills is also required, as a lot of tasks may be computer based. We are looking for someone who’s passionate, trustworthy and forward thinking and lives by our five key values on a daily basis, and who will also bring some fresh and new ideas to the team!
