Payroll Officer

Due to continued expansion and investment, our client are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join the team

Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Salary: £35,000

The successful candidate will:

Be responsible for managing the full end-to-end payroll process
Deal with complaints and questions regarding payroll from employees and upper management
Update paper and electronic payroll records by entering adjustments on pay rates, employee status changes etc.
Calculate pay according to hours worked incorporating leaves and overtime
Ensuring for the correct tax treatment of employees including issuing P45's and dealing with PAYE enquiresWhat our client is looking for in a Payroll Specialist:

An individual who has experience in Payroll
Have strong communication skills and be able to speak to a wide range of people at all levels and adapt accordingly
Be able to prioritise their own workload to meet deadlines
To be able to enter data accurately whilst always maintaining personnel and data confidentialityBenefits:
