Whereby one of those four days can be done remotely?

If so, HartleyCo has partnered with a really cool software company who are looking to take on an amazing Customer Services and Support person.

The most important thing they're looking for is customer service and communication skills as you will be ensuring their customers enjoy every part of their support experience.

This company makes bespoke software for legal companies and therefore most of your work will consist of supporting customers over the phone and via teams, logging tickets, troubleshooting and training new users.

We're looking for an excellent communicator, who has a good understanding and experience using software products, to deliver our client training over Microsoft Teams.

Title: Technical Support Engineer

Starting Salary:£25,000

Holiday Entitlement: 25 days

Benefits: Family private medical insurance by Aviva,

Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday (08:30 to 18:30), 1 day remote (your choice which day).

Miscellaneous: Free Parking, Dress-down dresscode
