We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on a major highways project in Norwich for our esteemed client, focusing on drainage and culverts-related works. This contract-based role involves managing the project lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables meet the client's standards for quality, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

·You will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of drainage and culverts works on the highways project.
·You will manage and coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure the project progresses smoothly and efficiently.
·As the primary point of contact, you will ensure the client's objectives are fully met.
·You will manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and delivering financial updates to stakeholders as required.
·It will be your responsibility to ensure all project activities adhere to industry standards, health & safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
·You will proactively address and resolve any issues or project delays, implementing effective solutions.
·You will provide detailed progress reports to both the client and internal stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and any potential risks.

Qualifications & Experience:

·A strong foundation in civil engineering, with previous hands-on experience as an engineer in infrastructure projects, is highly desirable.
·You should have a proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly within the highways sector.
·Comprehensive knowledge of drainage systems, culverts, and associated construction techniques is essential.
·You must demonstrate the capability to lead teams and drive project success.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders.
