Job Title: Registered Care Home Manager
Location: Burnley
Salary: Paying upwards of £65,000 depending on experience
Are you a Registered Nurse and experienced Manager with a passion for providing quality care and support to adults with Complex Care needs?
Essential Experience required:
Nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.
A minimum of three years management experience, ideally within complex care

We are pleased to be working with a progressive and expanding organisation, as they search for a Registered Care Home Manager for their newly commissioned Care Home.
This position provides a unique chance to establish and lead your own service and team, significantly impacting the lives of residents within a purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility, specifically catering for adults living with complex needs. This 34 bed home will ideally suit an individual experienced in supporting adults with acquired brain injuries, complex mental health needs, dementia and physical disabilities.

Leadership and management of the team

Collection, analysis, and interpretation of data
