Shift Pattern: No Nights (Early, Day, and Afternoon Shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct preventative maintenance on a wide range of machines and equipment to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
*
Rapidly respond to and resolve emergency breakdowns to minimise production downtime.
*
Carry out all maintenance activities safely and accurately, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
*
Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives, embracing new technologies and methodologies to enhance production processes.
What We're Looking For:
*
Qualifications: Must be time-served or hold an HNC or NVQ Level 3 in a relevant engineering discipline. Ideally, candidates should also have 17th or 18th Edition certification.
*
Experience: At least 5 years of maintenance experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment, with a preference for experience in packaging or FMCG machinery.
*
Skills: A systematic approach to problem-solving, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to build strong relationships with team members, suppliers, and contractors. Candidates must be flexible, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
