Venture Recruitment Partners are working exclusively with a global retail brand in their search for an Accounts Assistant Administrator to join the team in a stand-alone role.

The successful individual will be able to take ownership of the Accounts Receivable function and be a team player, supporting the Accounts Payable team on an ad hoc basis.

Key Repsonsiblies:

Raising and Posting sales invoices into the financial system within the required timescales
Customer account reconciliations
Preparation of weekly cash flow for partners' income, reporting to senior Finance managers
Customer onboarding for the Finance department
Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations for both the UK, US & CAD entities’
Key stakeholder relationships, both internal and external to the organisation
Lead contact on any audit queries
Adhoc Accounts Payable processes
Key Skills & Experience:

Previous experience of accounts receivables and payables essential
IT literate with strong knowledge of Excel
Strong attention to detail
Proactive, independent and able to take initiative
