Task description:
- Collect, evaluate, and structure observability requirements from different parts of the organization
- Define the ambitions for centrally provided services vs. individual solutions with Infrastructure & Operations leadership
- Design high-level architecture and low-level design for a holistic observability landscape, in line with the defined requirements, ambitions and market best practices, interfacing into existing tooling and processes (eg ITSM, on-call management, automation etc.)
- Lead potential solution evaluation from a technical perspective
- Support and consult the implementation of the target solution in line with the defined architecture design and continuously re-evaluate and improve the design
- Drive the definition of target operation model for observability services that are centrally provided
- Ensure compliance with the guidelines of security, risk, audit and regulations

Expert knowledge in Elastic, Logstash, Kibana, NXLog and OpenTelemetry 4 -6 years
Strong knowledge in streaming (Kafka) and API/API gateway technologies (Kong)Strong analytical, collaboration, and consulting skills. 4 -6 years
Experience in integrating observability solutions with ITSM tools, eg Helix ITSM. 1-3 years
