SAP SF Architect/Integration Lead - Utrecht - 6+ months
Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an SAP HR Architect/Integration Lead for our global client in the FMCG.
The candidate will be responsible for the development of HR IT strategies, managing system integrations, and collaborating with IT and HR stakeholders. Long-term, the role supports global HR transformation, enhancing processes, employee experience, and data security.
Requirements for the role:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in systems integrations and HR architecture.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and technology solutions, particularly SAP Successfactors modules and integration centre together with ServiceNow HRSD basics.
- CPI knowledge would be highly beneficial.
- Proven track record of setting direction and implementing change. Service Mgt (ITIL) and agile delivery exposure will be strongly beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a global and matrixed organization, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Candidate must be based in the Netherlands
Contract Details:
- Start: as soon as possible
- Duration: 6 months initial contract with option to extend.
- Hybrid (max 2 days a week on-site)
- Languages: English
- Workload: between 32 to 36 hours p.week
- Contract: Project/Freelance
- Rate: will vary based on the experience.
