IT Support Manager - Low Latency Trading
The Head of IT Support is responsible for leading and managing the IT support team to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of the Trading Technology support to both internal and external clients. This role includes all EUC technologies as well as as Trading Support (FIX, Real Time Systems etc).
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 7 years of experience in IT Support Leadership, preferably in a Trading, Exchange or Brokerage environment
This is a great opportunity to grow an established team, as well as establish best practice and strong Support frameworks and principles.
- Familiarity with IT support best practices, including service level agreements, incident management and change management.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure components (eg, Servers, networks, databases, applications) and their support requirements
- Certifications in IT management or support (eg, ITIL, ITSM)
- Understanding of IT security principles and regulatory compliance requirements
- Experience with IT service management frameworks (eg, ITIL)
- Understanding of financial markets and exchange operations
