Job Title: EMEA Payroll Specialist

We are seeking an experienced EMEA Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic payroll team! If you have a passion for payroll and are looking to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

Role Details:

  • 6 Month Contract (Day Rate)
  • London Based (3 days Onsite/2 Days remote)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day payroll processing for multiple EMEA entities through our outsourced vendor, ADP.
  • Ensure payrolls are processed accurately and timely, adhering to local country requirements.
  • Validate and submit payroll files from internal/external stakeholders and time tracking systems.
  • Implement controls to capture and reconcile changes month over month, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to internal teams, external agencies, and local government authorities.
  • Facilitate and participate in payroll-related meetings and presentations.
  • Monitor and manage third-party payments and submissions, interacting directly with tax authorities and third-party vendors to resolve issues.
  • Create and maintain control documentation, process flows, and procedures.
  • Drive efficiencies and process improvements within the payroll function.
  • Address employee payroll issues and manage payroll vendor inquiries.

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar payroll role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Working knowledge of Workday and ADP Streamline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, with a strong focus on attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with local legal requirements, statutory forms, and reporting.
  • Experience with stock processing (RSU and ESPP) is a plus.
