I am working with a Local Authority client who are currently undergoing an internal restructure and are looking to add permanent heads to their Housing Digital Systems team. This role will be an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to add value to the team and support and develop the NEC Housing System. This role will be hybrid out of my clients London office and is offering a salary of £50K-£60K depending on experience.

To be considered for this opportunity you will have:

• Proven experience in overseeing digital systems within a housing environment, with a strong background in NEC Housing system development and support.
• Exceptional leadership, project management, and communication abilities, with the capacity to manage complex projects and lead a team effectively.
• Comprehensive knowledge of NEC Housing modules, data structures, and national data frameworks, alongside a thorough understanding of GDPR and security management.
• A strategic, proactive, and results-driven approach, with the ability to collaborate effectively and drive change.

This role will be varied, and you will need to take an innovative approach to all tasks, you can also expect to:

• Lead the strategic management of NEC Housing modules to align with business objectives and user needs, while proactively driving technical updates, system configuration, and service improvements.
• Employ agile, user-centred methods to foster continuous improvement and best practice in service management.
• Engage with stakeholders, including service users and suppliers, to build strong relationships that facilitate transformational change.
• Ensure the NEC Housing system is technically maintained and optimised to support business processes, reporting, and informed decision-making.
