Housing Officer

Location: London (Hybrid)

Role Overview: This role requires someone with a strong background in housing management, particularly in managing rent accounts and dealing with anti-social behavior (ASB) cases. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service in housing and tenancy management.
• Lead rent arrears recovery efforts and support tenants with income maximization.
• Handle legal actions related to arrears and ASB, in collaboration with solicitors.
• Conduct regular health and safety inspections for residential buildings.
• Support tenants in managing their tenancies and accessing local services.

What We're Looking For:

• Housing Experience: Essential for the role.
• Rent Accounts & ASB: Strong experience in managing rent accounts and handling ASB cases is highly desirable.
• Customer Service: A deep commitment to providing outstanding customer service and a genuine attachment to your work.
• Experience managing Arrears reports
