Job Title: Senior UX Designer

Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior UX Designer with a strong background in digital product design. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to develop user flows, wireframes, and interface mockups. You will champion user-centered design and conduct research to inform design decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create thoughtful design solutions and secure stakeholder approval.
• Leverage and extend existing design patterns.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of products.
• Advocate for user-centered design refinements.
• Conduct user research to guide design decisions.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in UX or Digital Product Design.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
• Data-driven design skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
