Intelligent Resource is working in partnership with a major Client in the UK. We are currently recruiting for Commercial Managers/Commercial Officers to be London based out.

Duration= 6 months Initially
IR35 Status: Inside

The main duties and responsibilities of the commercial analyst would be to:

• Create and manage a process and tools for progressing compliance work.
• Include production and clearance of findings and requirements, obtaining and assessing provider responses and escalation as appropriate, working closely with business and commercial colleagues.
• Assess and report on provider failings against contractual KPIs for each month performance has not been agreed, from our Findings Log and other data sources.
• Assess provider data reporting and our access to their system against contractual requirements.

Essential:

• Understanding of public sector commercial contracts.
• Understanding of end-to-end procurement and supplier chain services and Key Performance Indicators.
• Ability to analyse numerous data sources and systems to assess against existing contractual arrangements.
• Ability to undertake formal contractual conversations with Providers in relation to delivery of services.
• Develop proposals to escalate contract default procedures for identified deficiencies.
• Mange that disputes process through to conclusion.
• Identify and understanding what KPI changes are required and presenting these to the ASC-Assurance SMT.
