* Azure Data Engineer - 12 months - English speaking.*

Here at RED we are looking for an Azure Data Engineer join a new project for one of our clients. The initial contract is of 12 months with excellent extension prospects and it will be hybrid.

Requirements:

• +5 years experience in Azure Data Engineering (Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Bricks, Delta Lake, Azure Synapse, Azure Fabric)
• Several years of experience in ETL, data warehousing and Business Intelligence development (SQL)
• Strong experience with Datamodelling, data warehousing concepts, cloud data technologies
• Experience in utilizing a variety of data stores (DWH, RDBMS, in-memory caches, and searchable document databases)
• Experience work with No-SQL storage and databases such as Azure Storage, Data Lakes, CosmosDB, MongoDB
• Experience in software development (Python, C#, Scala, JavaScript, or similar)

Contract details:

• 12 months contract + extensions
• On-site/remote combination (3 days a week onsite in Zurich)
• Start date: ASAP
• Language: English
