Our client, a trusted provider of industry-leading tools in the SAP sector, is looking for an Office Manager to join their Global Finance Team on a part time, fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
The Opportunity: As an Office Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Germany office. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will work closely with the local team. This role offers significant ownership over various aspects of office management, administration, and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and manage documentation for employee and commercial processes.
- Plan and execute office events, including the organisation of catering, vendors, venues, and employee attendance.
- Ensure an efficient approvals process and manage expense claims.
- Prepare and send sales invoices for German commercial operations and manage employee expense invoices.
- Collaborate with external tax accountants.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who is organised, autonomous, and detail-oriented, with a solutions-focused mindset. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing and managing invoices, organising office events, and working in a collaborative team environment. Fluency in German and conversational English skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new programmes/tools quickly.
