Hiring: Source to Pay Specialist - Procurement - Amsterdam, Netherlands - Hybrid 50/50, 4 months initial contract.

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Source to Pay Specialist - Procurement for an 4 month initial contract for an implementation with a great FMCG client. The consultant should be located in Amsterdam, and be cleared to work as contractor without needing visa sponsorship.

The roles, responsibilities and skills required of the Source to Pay Specialist - Procurement:

Position Overview: Our client is looking for a Source to Pay (StP) Specialist with a focus on Procurement. This role involves designing and optimising processes and data models, ensuring solutions are effective and thoroughly tested, and collaborating with various teams to deliver a seamless integrated solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimise StP processes and data models.
• Ensure solutions meet both functional and user requirements through rigorous testing.
• Collaborate with StP specialists and different work streams for comprehensive process design.
• Work with global procurement and finance teams to integrate standards into core designs.
• Build relationships with OpCo Procurement and Finance teams to refine designs and enhance user understanding.
• Support the Business Change team in implementing and sustaining changes post-Go Live, including designing and delivering training.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Procurement within cross-functional, international settings.
• Preferably experienced in large-scale business transformations with a technology focus.
• Familiarity with procurement solutions like SAP, SRM, Zycus, Basware.
• Strong process-oriented mindset with excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
