SAP PPM Consultant
Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a SAP PPM Consultant for a project in the Netherlands! You'll be helping with the transition to S/4HANA with your knowledge of SAP PPM, PS, and integration possibility with SAP FICO.
Responsibilities
- translate the architecture into functional chunks, implement these technically and guide your colleagues in this.
- Act as the linchpin between PPM, PS, FICO, MM and SD
- Translating business requirements into functional and technical solutions, advise the product owner on possible solutions
- Project and Portfolio Management:
- Setting up and managing projects and portfolios, including prioritization, financial planning and resource management, integration with PS.
- Portfolio Structure:
- Creating and maintaining portfolio hierarchies and defining portfolio elements
- Workflow Configuration:
- Configuring workflows and approval processes within PPM
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Using SAP reporting tools and techniques for project control and analysis
- SAP Project Systems (PS):
- Setting up Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and knowledge of cost and revenue planning and periodic closing activities in SAP PS
Requirements
- At least 5 years of demonstrable experience with the SAP applications PPM (Portfolio & project management) & PS (Project Systems)
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience with portfolio management, project management and planning & budgeting processes
- Knowledge of integration points between SAP PS and other SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, and SD.
- Knowledge of SAP FI & CO is a plus
- Dutch-speaking is preferred
