We are looking for a seasoned Workstream Lead for an exciting year-long contract.

The Workstream Lead will progress activities focused on designing a new operating model for services that support the new ERP solution(SAP Cloud).

This is a hybrid role with at least one day a week based in the Gloucester Office.

£614 per day (inside IR35)

1 day a week in Gloucester

1 year contract tenure

Essential Experience Required:

• Establish a robust technical and non-technical support model for the cloud-based SAP ERP system and its users.
• Ensure efficient and seamless operations and support are in place post-implementation.
• Define Support services Model and changes to functional models - ensure clear handoffs are established between the wider business, support services (both transactional and functional)
• Enhance Customer Service and Issue Resolution at first point of contact
