For my client, I am looking for a versed DevOps Lead with deep experience in Microsoft Infrastructure Landscape, who is able to support in defining and creating a software delivery process, with a focus on security aspects.

Tasks:
* Hands On Leadership for the clients Internal DevOps Initiative
* Adding, review and guiding of Backlog Items for the Internal DevOps team
* Define, maintain (+ evolution) of CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps Server
* Define + evolution of operations- and governance model
* Create + maintain documentation technical and user facing
* Handover to operational teams (training)
* L3 support for CI/CD pipelines (pipeline introduction + support on operational issues)
* Implement + establish DevOps culture
* System analysis + developing plans for enhancements and improvements
* Performance assessment, monitoring and recommending performance enhancements

Skills:
* Proven experience with similar missions/projects/technologies
* Experience with Cloud based solutions (Azure, GCP, AWS)
* KnowHow in Helm, Terraform, Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates
* Experience with SCCM, Puppet, Chef, Ansible and als Container Technologies (Kubernetes/AKS/GKE )
* Knowledge about Software Defined Networks/Datacenter
* Experience Integration of Cloud- with On-Premises-Architectures
* Skilled in Microsoft Azure DevOps Server on-premises (pipelining, security concepts and administration)
* Used to work with CI/CD pipelines based on YAML, classic way (Tasks, Task Groups + Variable Groups)
* Expertise in PowerShell based deployment scripts and very good command of PowerShell Scripting
* Confident use of Git and Git strategies
* Experience in Static Application Security Testing (SAST) with SonarQube
* KnowHow in Software Composition Analysis (SCA)
* Already deployed and host web applications/services in Microsoft IIS
* Experience with Package Management Systems - here: Inedo ProGet
* Best-practice automated workflows
