Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP CX Sales & Service Consultant to join a leading end client in Stockholm, Sweden. Remote working, minimum 12 month contract with option to extend long term, start date ASAP.
This role requires hands-on experience with the SAP S/4HANA Service Management module, focusing on key service processes such as quotations, contracts, orders, confirmations, and billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Service Management, including integration with cross-module processes like organizational structure, pricing, finance, and reporting.
- Lead the explore phase, create business process design documents, and present solutions for approval in architectural forums.
- Collaborate with the global delivery team, review configuration tasks, and clarify queries from the development team.
- Act as a liaison with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years SAP experience.
- 3+ years S/4 HANA Service Management experience
- Strong background in SAP S/4HANA Service Management.
- Experience working on S4 HANA service processes - service quotations, service contracts, service orders, service confirmations and billing
- Experience in business process design and interaction with both technical and business teams.
- Team leadership skills with experience in global delivery models.
