The Role
Support the Head of Analytics and Insights in managing the Analytics and Insights function. Provide data, reporting, and analytics to stakeholders across the Trust to support clinical and operational services and corporate statutory reporting. Offer expert technical support on NHS data standards and guidance. Manage the Principal Analyst team and ensure effective collaboration within the department. Ensure data and reporting accuracy and timeliness.

The Role
Support the Head of Analytics and Insights in managing the Analytics and Insights function. Provide data, reporting, and analytics to stakeholders across the Trust to support clinical and operational services and corporate statutory reporting. Offer expert technical support on NHS data standards and guidance. Manage the Principal Analyst team and ensure effective collaboration within the department. Ensure data and reporting accuracy and timeliness.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Produce analytics and insights to support the Trust's core clinical services and transformation.
- Deliver key programmes such as activity planning, performance improvement, and the Trust's Transformation programme.
- Plan, implement, and embed reporting and dashboards across the Trust.
- Drive a data analytics and insights programme across the Information Services department.
- Ensure the use of the latest processes, practices, toolsets, and techniques.
- Acute NHS experience is essential.
- Proven experience in data analytics and insights within a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Expertise in NHS data standards and reporting requirements.
