Business Analyst for fund related projects vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Analyzing the legal definition and implications of receiving placement fees
• Assessing the technical requirements for the placement fee process
• Reviewing the operational setup for fee allocation and management
• Implementing necessary procedures for handling and tracking placement fees
• Evaluating the current tool landscape for integration with fee processes
• Ensuring compliance with disclosure rules in all relevant locations

Your experience/knowledge:

• In-depth knowledge of the fund industry with strong regulatory expertise
• Comprehensive understanding of fund setup processes
• Expertise in how banks subscribe to funds, including nominee structures, booking centers, and internal Valors
• Advanced project management skills
• Language skills: English and German - fluent

Your soft skills:

• Excellent analytical and solution-orientated thinking with attention to detail
• A high degree of self-organisation and time management
