Their European Banking & Financial Services team is seeking a highly skilled Lead Enterprise Architect to drive strategic initiatives and provide architectural leadership across our key projects.

Role Overview

As the Lead Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital transformation journeys of our Banking & Financial Services clients. You will be responsible for crafting robust architectural solutions that align with business goals, optimize technology investments, and foster innovation. This role demands a visionary leader who can engage with C-level stakeholders, navigate complex environments, and deliver value-driven results.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership: Lead the development and execution of enterprise architecture strategies that support the digital transformation initiatives of our Banking & Financial Services clients.

• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with C-level executives and senior management to understand business objectives, provide strategic guidance, and ensure alignment between technology solutions and business goals.

• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to assess current technology landscapes, identify opportunities for innovation, and design solutions that enhance their digital capabilities.

• Technology Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge of Digital landscaping, Data AI, and Azure Stack (.NET preferable) to create scalable and efficient architectural frameworks.

• Legacy Systems Integration: Utilize your background in Java and Mainframe technologies to modernize and integrate Legacy systems with new digital platforms.

• Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide thought leadership and drive continuous improvement in our architectural approaches.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, and project managers, to ensure seamless implementation of architectural solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Enterprise Architect, preferably within the Banking & Financial Services sector.

• C-Level Engagement: Demonstrated ability to support and influence C-level stakeholders, with a strong focus on aligning technology strategies with business objectives.

• Digital Expertise: Extensive experience in digital landscaping, with a deep understanding of Data AI and Azure Stack (.NET preferable).

• Technical Background: Solid experience in Java and Mainframe technologies, with a track record of modernizing Legacy systems and integrating them with contemporary digital solutions.

• Strategic Vision: Ability to think strategically, anticipate future trends, and translate business needs into practical architectural solutions.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
