Desktop/IT Support (Mac & Mobile/Printer)

Location: Wilton Pl, Dublin - Ireland

Job Type: Contract Position

Job Description:

Required Skills:

  • MAC, Windows, Software, Mobile devices, Skilled in Diagnosing & troubleshooting end user devices
  • Professional in deskside support, software/application

Responsibilities

  • Hardware Tech will be responsible for all Desk Side Support, IMAC & Break-Fix related incidents and requests originating from the sites.
  • Technician will support, troubleshoot and resolve IT Support issues (Desktops and connected peripherals, Laptops, Mobile Devices and Desk phones)
  • Technician will resolve IT issues including basic Operating System software, hardware and the networking issues
  • Technician will escalate tickets to next level for assistance, if the issue is not resolved by desktop support Analyst. Escalation will be to a client L3 Analyst.
  • Technician will provide loaners and track them until returning.
  • Technician will provide Mobile-device set-up and support
  • Technician will install Printer set-up and support
  • Technician will provide access provisioning and termination using Active Directory.
