Required Skills:
- MAC, Windows, Software, Mobile devices, Skilled in Diagnosing & troubleshooting end user devices
- Professional in deskside support, software/application
Responsibilities
- Hardware Tech will be responsible for all Desk Side Support, IMAC & Break-Fix related incidents and requests originating from the sites.
- Technician will support, troubleshoot and resolve IT Support issues (Desktops and connected peripherals, Laptops, Mobile Devices and Desk phones)
- Technician will resolve IT issues including basic Operating System software, hardware and the networking issues
- Technician will escalate tickets to next level for assistance, if the issue is not resolved by desktop support Analyst. Escalation will be to a client L3 Analyst.
- Technician will provide loaners and track them until returning.
- Technician will provide Mobile-device set-up and support
- Technician will install Printer set-up and support
- Technician will provide access provisioning and termination using Active Directory.
