Are you ambitious an ambitious Client Services Manager looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for one of the most exciting start up brands in the fashion space? Do you have strong experience managing and being the primary point of contact for fashion clients?

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Client Services Manager to join the business on an initial 3 month contract.

As the successful candidate you will have strong experience in the fashion industry, providing outstanding customer service to clients and E-commerce exposure.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with clients on various channels on a daily basis.
  • Developing a mastery of brand ethos and tone of voice.
  • Prioritising queries and flagging issues with cross-departmental partners.
  • Flagging any urgent issues that may have an impact on the wider business or business' reputation.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Digital to improve processes, services and systems.
  • Managing the contracted client service team.
  • Handling the operations of the team and ensuring agents have the correct resources to fulfil their role and responsibilities.
  • Implementing customer service policies, procedures, and standards, and providing necessary training
  • Providing weekly summaries of customer queries and complaints and providing updates to the Digital team
