A Commercial Real Estate Solicitor is required for this Hamshire based Law Firm. Initially to take on an existing caseload comprising primarily commercial property and commercial support matters. There will be an occasional need to deal with residential matters.

You will be comfortable in dealing with all aspects of general commercial property work including title investigations, search reports negotiation of contracts and leases, licences and ancillary documents and dealing with option and overage agreements.

This is a Hybrid role where you will be expected in the Office 3 days a week.
