Location: Leatherhead, Surrey
Salary: £30k (pro rata)
Position: Permanent – Part Time
Working closely with the busy Lettings Department at their Leatherhead office, our client is looking for competent, customer focused individual to join the team as a Part Time Lettings Co-Ordinator.
The successful applicant will be dealing with the management of the tenants and Landlords, negotiating deposit releases, organising renewals and chasing outstanding fees.
Exceptional customer service skills are crucial as well as fantastic organisational abilities and great attention to detail. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious individual who will work closely with their clients and customers to provide the best possible service.
This role is best suited to a quick thinking, team player who is adept in problem solving and has exceptional relationship building abilities.
Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Coordinator role will include:
Previous experience in Residential Property Lettings / Lettings Admin / Property Management
Excellent customer service
Strong organisational skills
Ability to prioritise
Knowledge of the lettings process & notices
Ability to build strong business relationships
Confident in liaising with other sectors
Ability to work alone and as part of a team
